Magda is originally from Poland, and is calm, centred, and very astute. Magda is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu athlete and competes at international level. She won a European gold title in 2017 and this year will compete in championships across Europe and the USA. She also teaches the next generation of five to twelve year olds in London.
Magda’s previous combat sports injuries led her to become fascinated by the wonder of the human body, and the mechanics of balance, movement and flow. She trained in sports massage therapy and discovered she is passionate about functional improvement and development. She especially likes helping clients work towards their goals. Her own sports career, as well as her remedial massage training means she is well placed to share stretching and exercise techniques.
She aims to develop a sports massage practice that will integrate physical, mental and spiritual evolution. Her intuitive touch and diligent nature already offers plenty, we’re sure you’ll agree!

When it comes to sports massage in London people are talking about us…
If I could change anything, I would add a teleportation option on the website so that when I needed a massage I could be teleported to a City Sports Massage couch from wherever I am in the world. Other than that, spot on, thank you!
