Claire is a graduate of the famous Laban School of Dance. Her experiences led her to discover the interconnectivity of the body, and she found she had a very natural, intuitive sense of how the body might respond positively to good treatment. She pursued this passion by going on to forge a career in sports massage.

Claire’s sensibility regarding her profession belies the arguably insane behaviour she recently exhibited at 15,000 feet. She conquered her greatest fear (heights) by flinging herself head first out of a plane.

Thankfully, she survived, and is now helping others conquer their fear of sports massage!
