Ade has lived an adventurous life. He’s been a head hunter, a marketing consultant, and a chef. He’s even sold ice creams outside the New York Stock exchange. Standing 6' 5" and weighing in at 15 stone, Ade has a proven ability to work well in different environments. This means he can happily provide something for everyone — whether they need a pummelling, a soothing treatment, or both.

Although Ade’s a family man, he dreams of one day travelling Asia, meditating and practicing Yoga. We hope to hang on to him for a while before he does that.

Ade has been a massage therapist for four years and is now City Sports Massage’s newest up-and-coming star. His enthusiasm is infectious, and we challenge you to not think he’s brilliant!
