Traumeel cream can provide temporary relief of minor aches and pains associated with sports injuries, sprains, muscle aches and bruises as well as arthritis pain and inflammation. It is used widely in Germany and the USA. However, in the UK it's use is mainly restricted to professional sports teams - who have access to the latest, cutting edge sports advice.

Traumeel is a homeopathic preparation that contains Arnica, and is alleged to be more effective than Arnica gel alone. It is used widely by sports teams to speed up healing and reduce inflammation of injuries. Although Traumeel cream is generally regarded as a perfectly safe cream for treating bruising/soft tissue injury on unbroken skin, if you are in any doubt over it's use, or wish to confirm it's suitability for your condition, please consult a homeopathic practitioner, your GP, or both, before using Traumeel cream.
