Looking for a career in sports massage?

I work with a highly skilled and engaged group of practitioners who by their nature want to develop. City Sports Massage gives us all a platform in which to learn and grow, and an environment in which it is safe to do so. We have a pool of knowledge and a really supportive team who want to share their ideas and their experiences - it’s quite something when we all get together.

I have a busy day of body work ahead, a team to discuss anything that may come up in the process, and workshops to get involved in. I’ve had an epic ride so far, and although I am in no hurry, I look forward to the future.

Thanks to all involved!

Joining the team

CSM run a graduate training scheme for appropriately qualified freelance therapists. This opportunity represents a new and unique, fully-supported entry into the world of sports and remedial massage. Entry is limited to a very small number of applicants per year.

Training includes a full program of intensive workshops, training sessions developed individually around specific needs, and close mentoring and support. Teaching ratios are often three teachers to one student, and never less than one teacher to two students! After an initial series of workshops, those undertaking our training program are considered fully-fledged members of our team, and are promoted through our marketing channels and large, ever-growing database of clients. As graduate trainees thus begin working and earning as CSM Therapists, they receive continuous feedback via our extensive support network, which greatly assists in the fast-track learning process.

Applicants are expected to continue working freelance for us post-completion of all training.
