How it works…

All of our therapists start out working with our company charging our minimum fee, regardless of their often substantial previous experience. Our ongoing development programme ensures they are promoted to higher ranks within the company as their City Sports Massage skills deepen and mature. You can be assured that whatever their level, they are high quality, intuitive therapists.

Booking your first appointment?

It is advisable to book a 60 minute session to allow plenty of time for your treatment after the consultation time. Be sure before you order to read the client comments.

24 Hours Notice Cancellation Policy

Please be aware before booking that appointments rescheduled, cancelled or not attended are charged at the full amount unless 24 hours notice is given.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Please Note — the following terms and conditions now apply to our sports massage gift vouchers:

1. All vouchers are valid for 6 months only.
2. Voucher validity period is non-extendable.
3. Vouchers are non-refundable.
4. Not exchangeable for cash, in whole or part.
5. If you do not receive your voucher within 7 days please email shop(AT)citysportsmassage.com. After this period lost or stolen vouchers
   cannot be replaced.
6. All vouchers have a £1.95 fee to cover postage and associated admin costs.
